Prices are per week. There is no set changeover day or duration.  Prices will be pro-rata for a visit of more than one or two weeks.

We offer a reduction of £50 per week for parties of 3 or less during 10 April – 8 October.

Please ring for availability and prices during the Christmas and New Year period.

Short breaks or longer term lets available during winter months. Prices include electricity and gas except during the months of November, December, January and February when heating is not included. Heating is only charged during October and March if there is a large consumption of gas. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment to cover damage to the property, use of telephone and any extra cleaning required. The property is available from after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival but needs to be vacated by 10.30 am, but this is flexible if agreed beforehand.

This is a non smoking property, so we would ask that smoking is restricted to outside. Sorry no pets allowed.
