We offer a reduction of £25 per week for a couple or single occupancy.

Longer term lets available during winter months. Prices include electricity and gas except during the months of November, December, January and February when heating is not included. Heating is only charged during October and March if there is a large consumption of gas. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment to cover damage to the property, use of telephone and any extra cleaning required. The property is available from after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival but needs to be vacated by 10.30 am, but this is flexible if agreed beforehand.

This is a non smoking property, so we would ask that smoking is restricted to outside. Sorry no pets allowed.
