Prices are per week.

We offer a reduction of £50 per week for parties of 4 or less during 7 April - 22 September.

Short breaks or longer term lets available during winter months and different change over days. Prices include electricity and gas except during the months of November, December, January and February when heating is not included. Heating is only charged during October and March if there is a large consumption of gas.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment to cover damage to the property, use of telephone and any extra cleaning required.

The property is available from after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival but needs to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure to allow a window for cleaning, etc.

This is a non smoking property, so we would ask that smoking is restricted to outside. Sorry no pets allowed.
